Our Statement Of Faith

We are so thankful for the salvation that we have received by God through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.  It is our prayer that if you do not know Jesus as your personal Savior, that you will consider His free gift today.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, without error, and the sole authority of our faith.

We believe that there is one true and eternal God, the creator and ruler of the universe, who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that man was created by God in His image, and that by his own choice, the first man, Adam, sinned against God and brought sin into the human race.  Therefore, all men are sinners and are in need of a Savior.

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God.  He was born of a virgin.  He came to earth, lived a sinless life, and died on a cross as a sacrifice to pay the sin debt for all men.  We believe  that after three days, He rose  from the grave and today is seated at the right hand of the Father.

We believe that Salvation is by grace alone and is a free gift from God through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ.  Salvation establishes an eternal relationship that can never be broken.

We believe that Jesus Christ will return to earth someday as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

We believe that living the Christian life is not a "religion" of rules, but rather a relationship with Jesus Christ.  The closer we walk with God, the more pleasing we are to God.
